CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR INTERN
As you look at yourself you wonder how you can do it all. You have difficulty focusing, take on too many tasks, have trouble setting boundaries, and inability to tell others “NO.” You make numerous plans and goals for yourself but often feel like a failure because you don’t accomplish them all.
It’s time to start accepting that it’s okay to not be able to do it all. You don’t have to have everything planned out. I am here to help you create your happiest self. I will work with you to slow down, set healthy boundaries, stop people pleasing, and develop self-acceptance.
My intention is to provide a safe environment to explore your ideal self and work together to make changes so you live your ideal life.
